Key Responsibilities
As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing HDFC Bank’s digital banking experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing & Maintaining Applications: Build and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications using Flutter.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement new features and enhance existing ones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Flutter Developer (Academic projects are not considered; showcase banking or financial projects for better credibility).
Technical Skills
- Flutter & Dart Proficiency: Strong understanding of Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Widget Development: Ability to create widgets and reusable components.
- State Management: Experience with Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or other state management solutions.
- Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with MVC, MVVM, and similar architectural patterns.
- API Integration: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs to connect applications to backend services.
- Version Control: Working knowledge of Git and other version control systems.
- Security Best Practices: Awareness of mobile app security measures.
- Agile & TDD: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
