🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

🔹 React (Frontend)

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Solid understanding of React fundamentals: components, props, state, lifecycle, and hooks
Familiarity with modern ES6+ JavaScript
Experience with Redux, Context API, or MobX
Routing with React Router
Reusable and clean component design
Experience with Webpack, Babel, or similar tools
Familiarity with Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material-UI
Testing experience using Jest, React Testing Library, or Mocha
(Bonus) Experience with Pendo

🔹 Node.js (Backend)

Proficiency in REST API development and CRUD operations
Experience using Express.js
Understanding of middleware and async programming (Promises, async/await)
Familiar with JSON APIs
Hands-on with SQL/NoSQL databases
Basic debugging skills
