🛠️ Role & Responsibilities

As a Backend Software Engineer, you will:

Design and develop robust, scalable web-based applications
Write clean and maintainable code in Java, C++, or similar languages
Optimize performance in large distributed systems
Apply object-oriented design and concurrency programming concepts
Collaborate on system architecture and platform-level abstractions
Participate in high-level design and impact analysis
Implement and maintain secure, reliable APIs

✅ Requirements

0-1 year of experience in software development
B.Tech in Computer Science or related field
Strong coding and problem-solving skills
Understanding of databases (MySQL, NoSQL like HBase, Elasticsearch)
Experience in Linux-based development environments
Knowledge of multithreading, design patterns, and TDD
Passion for solving real-world, large-scale challenges
