The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) enables students to work as full-time employees at Wipro while completing an M.Tech in Information Technology, fully sponsored by the company.

Wipro offers a structured stipend and benefits package throughout the 4-year program:

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the WILP program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

10th & 12th: Pass (Open school or distance learning allowed)

Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA as per university guidelines

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)

B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)

Core Mathematics must be one of the subjects in graduation.

Business Maths and Applied Maths are not accepted.

Education Gap: Maximum of 3 years between 10th and graduation start; no gaps allowed during graduation.

Citizenship: Indian nationals, PIO/OCI cardholders, or Bhutan/Nepal citizens with valid proof.
🧠 Selection Process
The selection process is conducted in three stages:
1️⃣ Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
Comprises four sections:

Verbal Ability: 20 minutes, 20 questions

Analytical Ability: 20 minutes, 20 questions

Quantitative Aptitude: 20 minutes, 20 questions

Written Communication Test: 20 minutes
2️⃣ Voice Assessment
Candidates who clear the online test will undergo a voice assessment round to evaluate communication and client-interaction skills.
3️⃣ Business Discussion Round
Shortlisted candidates will attend a final business discussion, after which selected candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI). Upon completion of pre-skilling training, the final offer letter will be issued.
📜 Service Agreement
Selected candidates must sign a 60-month (5 years) service agreement. If they leave before this period, the joining bonus must be repaid on a pro-rata basis.
