💼 Role: Junior Software Engineer (Trainee)

Training Duration: 5 months
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-quality software solutions.

Build and automate test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or Playwright.

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Automate tasks using standard scripting techniques.

Perform code reviews, debugging, validation, and performance testing.

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure quality.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to improvements.
🧠 Requirements

Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP.

Proficiency in at least one programming language.

Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.

Familiarity with Git and build automation tools.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

💰 Compensation

Training Stipend: ₹27,500/month
-
Full-time (Post Training): ₹8 LPA
