About the Role

Join EY’s AI & Data team—part of the Technology Consulting division within EY Asia-Pacific. The team includes over 500 specialists delivering end-to-end data solutions across diverse industries. EY focuses on leveraging data and AI to support real-world business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve data-related technical issues.

  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools.

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval and transformation.

  • Develop data models for reporting and analytics in dashboarding tools.

  • Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations on large datasets from varied sources.

  • Monitor ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.

  • Ensure data integrity and quality via testing and validation within ETL pipelines.

  • Stay updated on data engineering and business intelligence best practices and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Data Analyst role with hands-on experience in ETL and data warehousing.

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory for building and optimizing pipelines (preferred).

  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent BI tools.

  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering data-driven business insights with strong storytelling abilities.

  • Familiarity with data strategy, data platform architecture, and data quality frameworks.

  • Background in consulting and direct client engagement.

  • Ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholder relationships.
