Role Overview
The Analyst, Forecasting position is integral to the Workforce Management (WFM) team, focusing on forecasting and budget planning. This role involves analyzing historical data, developing forecasting scenarios, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for forecasting and budget planning.

Update forecasts with monthly/weekly actual data and suggest improvements based on trend analysis.

Refine forecasting scenarios and generate final forecasts.

Capture and refine data inputs for forecasting models.

Design and develop forecasting scenarios.

Generate short-term forecasts, incorporating business impacts.

Revise forecasts based on feedback.
-
Maintain and update process documentation as required.

Apply knowledge of time series forecasting.

Understand WFM and contact volume & AHT forecasting.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-
0.6 to 2 years of forecasting experience in a BPO/contact center environment.

High proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
-
Experience in developing machine learning models like classification, linear/logistic regression.
-
Ability to analyze large datasets and forecast complex attributes.

Analytical understanding of contact center metrics.

Knowledge of mathematics and statistics; exposure to R or Python.

Strong business acumen.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Essential presentation skills.
