Key Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for handling time-sensitive escalations and resolving complex queries related to internal Amazon teams. This position requires strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement, strengthening relationships with requesters, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex queries within specified timelines.
- Identify and address root causes of recurring issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to understand and resolve problems.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and work towards improving them.
- Work proactively with internal stakeholders to manage queries and escalate issues when necessary.
A Day in the Life:
- Handle internal requests from various Amazon teams, ensuring quick resolution.
- Analyze and understand root causes of issues, collaborating with multiple internal teams to resolve problems.
- Educate teams on utilizing Amazon’s services effectively.
