As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the interface between clients and systems or applications. Using excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will address client issues, define resolutions, and ensure world-class system performance. This role focuses on Service Desk Voice Support and Service Desk Management, with opportunities to grow in cloud technology domains.


Responsibilities

  • Provide service desk voice support, engaging directly with clients to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage service desk operations, ensuring seamless system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications
