Role Summary
Cricket.com seeks a ReactJS Developer to build high-performing, quality web applications leveraging the React ecosystem. The role involves designing, architecting, and developing web applications while ensuring performance optimization, scalability, and a seamless user experience. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver exceptional digital properties for cricket enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop web applications using Next.js and React.js.
- Create pixel-perfect, responsive UIs for mobile and desktop screens.
- Utilize expertise in JavaScript/ES6, HTML5, CSS to deliver robust features.
- Implement efficient client-side state management solutions.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot React-based applications.
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs and external libraries.
- Collaborate with teams to build systems that meet significant technical and organizational needs.
- Optimize build size, data transfer footprint, network requests, and caching.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Next.js and React.js development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, HTML5, and CSS.
- Deep understanding of React tools, NPM, build tools, and state management techniques.
- Experience with both vanilla CSS and CSS frameworks.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for React applications.
- Familiarity with Node.js for building and integrating backend APIs.
- Proven experience working with scalable systems in a production environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building live Next.js/React.js websites (portfolio/demo sites appreciated).
- Knowledge of Next.js features like SSG (Static Site Generation), SSR (Server-Side Rendering), and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration).
- Functional CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Working knowledge of tools like React Query, GraphQL, Apollo Client, or similar.
- Advanced Git skills for version control and collaboration.
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or other platforms.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
