Position: Product Analyst – Java

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Job Type: On-site, Full-time


Role Responsibilities

  • Create learning materials (videos, quizzes, assessments) for digital learning platforms.
  • Adhere to quality norms and SOP guidelines for content creation.
  • Simplify technical and business concepts into structured and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, editors, SMEs) for content delivery.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure error-free delivery.
  • Write effective scripts and instructional text for diverse learning topics.
  • Develop learning objectives, structure activities, and design visual aids.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication.
  2. Ability to structure and present technical content in a simple manner.
  3. Strong organizational skills to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  4. Ownership and initiative to drive projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Option 1: Proficiency in Java or Python, with solid understanding of coding fundamentals.
  • Option 2: Strong analytical skills (mathematics, logic, statistics) with programming exposure through coursework or projects.
