Stipend & Salary Details
Wipro provides a monthly stipend throughout the program, along with a joining bonus:

Selection Process
The recruitment process includes three stages:
Round 1: Online Assessment (Total 80 minutes)

Verbal Ability: 20 questions (20 minutes)

Analytical Ability: 20 questions (20 minutes)

Quantitative Aptitude: 20 questions (20 minutes)

Written Communication Test: Essay writing (20 minutes)
Round 2: Voice Assessment
Tests English communication and comprehension skills.
Round 3: Business Discussion
Managerial/HR interview assessing suitability for the role.

Only one backlog is allowed during assessment and must be cleared by the 6th semester
