Responsibilities:

Bringing curiosity and dedication to solving problems and delivering value for our users
Leveraging design best practices when creating user flows, mockups, prototypes, workshop documents, and hand-off files
Using various communication methods to convey data-driven design decisions, document design engagements, share information, and work towards alignment and mutual understanding
Defining vision and strategies for each project through domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing design efforts, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
Building a team environment by collaborating closely within our team and cross-functionally with our partners across the business
Mentoring Associate Designers and Designers in UX/UI design methodology and principles as well as providing guidance on project-based design tasks

Requirements:

A product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve Enterprise Problem / customer needs.
Prototyping, product/interaction/visual design/prototype through pencil on paper sketching and using tools such as Sketch, Invision, and Zeplin.
Stellar visual design skill (attention to detail, stay on brand, build new patterns).
Deep understanding of design principles and industry trends.
Ability to clearly present your work; articulate and can advocate design rationale.
Give and receive constructive feedback.
Experience partnering with cross functional teams in launching new products and improvements to existing ones.
Influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.

Build high growth, efficient web applications.
Partner with multi-disciplinary product teams with regards to outlining, designing and implementing new functionalities.
It is best to write clean code, which is also efficient and code that can be tested easily.
Required securities to be implemented and maintained by security standards.
The preferable choice includes client application problem solving and debugging.
Always be sure to embrace the ever changing technologies and trends.

Furthermore, there are expected to have strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and, TypeScript languages.
Knowledge about different front-end frameworks that are available (e. g. React, Angular, Vue. js).
You should have a good grasp of back-end development principles such as RESTful API, databases among others.
Knowledge of a range of back-end technologies: Node. js, Python, Java.
The concepts like AWS, Azure, GCP and so on, anyone who works in cloud should have the knowledge in one or more cloud platforms.
Knowledge of programming languages, utilizing services of a version control system such as Git.
Many of them mentioned that they have good problem-solving skills and an ability to focus on the details.
Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
