UI/UX Designer Internship at Sensegrass
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Job Offer: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA after 6-month internship
Duration: 6 months
Work Hours: 5-7 hours/day, IST 10 am – 6 pm
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to design intuitive and appealing user interfaces and user experiences for various applications and web products.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Assist in creating brand logos and product themes.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Immediate availability for remote work.
- Ability to start from 4 November 2024.
- Must be available for a minimum of 6 months (3 months probation).
- Possess relevant skills in Figma, UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and product design.
- Availability during standard IST working hours (10 am – 6 pm).
Hiring Process:
- Application and Portfolio Review: 3-4 days.
- Design Challenge: 1-2 days for shortlisted candidates.
- Solution Review: 3-4 days to finalize candidates.
- Interviews and Results: 5-6 days for final selection.
