Role Overview – Software Engineer I
As a Software Engineer I, you will be part of the Post Trade Platform team, contributing to tools and applications for reference data management, P&L, reconciliation, compliance, and regulatory functions. This role provides the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, building scalable software systems in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the firm’s Post Trade Platform tools, including trade capture, surveillance, and cost management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define feature requirements.
Develop scalable and high-performance software solutions.
Innovate and build next-gen middle-office and back-office applications.
Optimize processes and ensure system reliability.
Required Qualifications
Brilliant problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Proficiency in Python, Java, shell scripting, and Linux systems.
Familiarity with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
