Role & Responsibilities

As a Technical Content Engineer – Intern, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing technical content, challenges, and assessments that evaluate the skills of candidates across multiple domains, such as Full Stack Development, Selenium, DevOps, SQL, Generative AI (GenAI), Cybersecurity, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and Validate Technical Problems: Design and develop problem statements and assessments in various technical domains.
  • Ensure Quality and Relevance: Work with subject matter experts to maintain the accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Develop Multi-Level Assessments: Structure challenges to cater to candidates with varying skill levels.
  • Update and Maintain Content: Regularly review and update technical problems to align with industry trends.
  • Debug and Test Technical Projects: Ensure the developed problems and challenges function seamlessly on the platform.
  • Provide Technical Enablement: Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and create self-help resources, including articles and tutorial videos.
  • Stay Updated with Trends: Research emerging technologies to enhance content effectiveness.

Required Skills

To be a successful Technical Content Engineer – Intern, you should possess the following skills:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Eagerness to Learn – Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts.
  • Programming Languages – Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, and Bash scripting.
  • Frameworks and Libraries – Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Django, Flask, Spring/Spring Boot.
