As a Software Engineer, you will:

Build scalable, robust web-based applications with a focus on reusability.
Design and implement modular and intuitive interfaces.
Solve high-level technical and business problems.
Optimize the performance of large-scale distributed systems.
Contribute to architectural design and implement changes with an impact analysis.
Mentor junior developers and foster collaboration within the team.
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate features into technical deliverables.
Lead the execution of medium-sized projects and evaluate their business impact.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C, C++).
Strong coding skills with experience in multi-threading and concurrency.
Knowledge of databases like MySQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., HBase, Elasticsearch).
Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving.
Experience with full lifecycle development in Linux-based environments.
Start-up experience demonstrating ownership and commitment is a plus.
Academic background: B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
