Responsibilities
As an Android development intern, your role will include:
- Feature Implementation: Learn and implement new features for Rooter’s Android application under senior developers’ guidance.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to deliver high-quality, bug-free applications.
- Code Reviews: Participate in reviews to improve your coding standards and practices.
- Research Trends: Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
- Documentation: Contribute to documenting development processes and guidelines.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with senior developers to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements
- Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with Java/Kotlin programming languages.
- Passion for mobile application development and eagerness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Availability to work on-site during the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
