About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you’ll lead knowledge-centered support and data reporting efforts, combining your technical expertise with a focus on end-user needs. You’ll work closely with users to troubleshoot issues, build AI-powered self-service tools, and ensure reliable data pipelines for reporting. What You’ll Do

  1. Design and Enhance Support Systems
    • Manage the support project queue to ensure exceptional assistance for end users.
    • Transition toward scalable self-service solutions to improve efficiency.
  2. Implement and Manage Integrations
    • Use REST APIs and other technologies to ensure seamless data availability across platforms.
  3. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues
    • Provide expert guidance and solutions to address user issues and achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Develop Self-Service Tools
    • Collaborate with knowledge management experts to build AI-powered chatbots and suggestive knowledge articles.
  5. Optimize Data Pipelines
    • Model and maintain data structures within applications to ensure stable and efficient data pipelines.
  6. Work with Reporting Tools
    • Use tools like EazyBITableau, and Snowflake to meet end-user data needs.
  7. Deliver High-Quality Solutions
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices.
  8. Stay Updated with Industry Trends
    • Leverage the latest tools and technologies to enhance our systems and processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in end-user support and knowledge management.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and their practical applications.
  • Strong knowledge of knowledge management and data technologies.
  • Platform experience in Jira administration, including workflows, custom fields, and permissions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced agile environments as well as independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time.

  • Experience with knowledge management and data analysis in a support-focused role.
  • Experience working with dispersed or remote teams.
  • Contributions to open-source projects (a plus, but not required).
