Job Summary
We are seeking an Integration Engineer to join our R&D team at Real Broker LLC. The Integration Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect various systems and applications within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in systems integration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Create and maintain Zapier integrations to connect various applications and automate workflows.
- Workflow Automation: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation through Zapier.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct testing of integrations to ensure reliability and performance; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including user guides and API specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Monitoring and Support: Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support to address user queries and issues.
- Best Practices: Stay updated with Zapier features and best practices, and implement them in integrations.
- User Training: Provide training and support to team members and clients on using Zapier integrations effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Zapier and its functionalities is good to have.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or any other language).
- Strong understanding of workflow automation principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with various SaaS platforms and their APIs.
- Previous experience in integration development or automation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field.
