Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L2), your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactive Monitoring: Ensuring client cloud infrastructure remains operational by identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Incident Management: Troubleshooting and resolving incidents within SLA timelines.
- Technical Support: Providing second-level support and collaborating with internal teams.
- Automation & Optimization: Working on automating routine tasks to enhance efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience, along with relevant certifications such as:

- AWS Certified: Solutions Architect Associate
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- VMware Certified Professional
