Role Overview
As a Junior Backend Developer, you will design, develop, and improve Nokia’s internal budget management tool. This role involves writing efficient and maintainable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and proposing technical solutions using existing and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement visual and experience solutions for internal tools.
- Develop efficient and maintainable backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement technical solutions.
- Execute all visual design stages, ensuring consistency and continual improvements.
- Utilize modern technologies to streamline development processes.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Programming Languages: Java
- Frameworks & Tools: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, Gradle
- Workflow Engines: Flowable BPMN, DMN
- Databases: SQL
- Version Control & Collaboration: Git, Azure DevOps, Jira
- Environment: Linux
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Apache Kafka, Apache Avro
- Elasticsearch
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
