Role Overview
As a Production Support Associate Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of technology products that power Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities businesses. You will work within Institutional Securities Technology (IST), collaborating closely with development teams, business partners, and external stakeholders to maintain system reliability and optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing strong technical partnerships with global development teams to drive system improvement and DevOps collaboration.
- Leading initiatives to enhance system stability, scalability, and performance.
- Managing significant incidents, infrastructure changes, and software releases.
