Roles & Responsibilities
As a Product Support Intern, you will:
- Customer Support:
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Diagnose, research, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer problems while using LeadSquared.
- Guide customers through targeted questions to understand the root cause of their issues.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Help customers solve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Ensure compliance with SLA timelines for issue resolution.
- Customer Onboarding:
- Provide training for admins and users through web sessions or in person.
- Product Collaboration:
- Work with technical teams to improve the quality of products.
- Actively monitor and manage customer expectations, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
