Roles & Responsibilities

As a Product Support Intern, you will:

  • Customer Support:
    • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
    • Diagnose, research, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer problems while using LeadSquared.
    • Guide customers through targeted questions to understand the root cause of their issues.
  • Technical Troubleshooting:
    • Help customers solve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
    • Ensure compliance with SLA timelines for issue resolution.
  • Customer Onboarding:
    • Provide training for admins and users through web sessions or in person.
  • Product Collaboration:
    • Work with technical teams to improve the quality of products.
    • Actively monitor and manage customer expectations, focusing on satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
