Role Overview
As a Graduate Web Developer, you’ll work on every phase of the Kounsel product experience—from design and development to deployment and maintenance. You’ll tackle exciting, AI-driven projects while enhancing your technical expertise. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team that values creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with technical expertise.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions.
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews to evaluate technologies.
- Review and provide feedback on code for adherence to best practices.
- Update documentation and educational content based on feedback.
- Debug, analyze, and resolve product or system issues.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed within the last two years) in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (transcripts required).
- Basic Git experience.
- At least one year of experience (via projects, internships, or employment) with:
- Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
General Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable remote work setup (laptop/computer, internet, and conducive environment).
