About the Role
SurveySparrow is seeking an enthusiastic Intern – Cloud Engineering who is passionate about coding and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
- Understand and Solve: Analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently while improving processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product managers, designers, QA teams, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Ownership and Accountability: Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring valuable outcomes for customers and the organization.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on technology trends and contribute insights to the team.
- Adaptability: Adjust to changing priorities and customer needs, iterating solutions as necessary.
- Shift Flexibility: Provide support during shifts to debug issues and implement corrective actions, ensuring service continuity.
- Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge: Develop expertise in the full tech stack, from front-end development to infrastructure management.
Requirements
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, using a data-driven approach.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database management.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Java, or similar.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain issues and solutions clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and resolve issues without missing critical details.
- Independence & Teamwork: Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Desired Skills
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Open-Source Tools: Experience with open-source tools and bug-tracking systems.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies is a plus.
