Key Responsibilities

Historian Service Development: Implement a lightweight, scalable historian system for Linux, designed to store and analyze time-series data from field devices and analytic outputs.

Data Ingestion and Storage: Utilize MQTT for high-frequency data ingestion and TimescaleDB (a PostgreSQL extension) for efficient time-series data storage.

API Development: Expose REST APIs for data retrieval and visualization.
-
Testing and Validation: Test the service using site data to ensure it meets specifications.

Communication: Develop PowerPoint presentations and other graphic materials to communicate progress, share best practices, and provide updates.

Participation: Engage in early talent events, seminars, or trainings.

Assignments: Perform tasks requiring trust and accuracy.
Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science or a STEM field from an accredited college/university.

Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA of 7/10 or equivalent; no active backlogs.

Skills:

Proficiency in Java or Python.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Familiarity with ReactJS.
