Opportunity:
As a Project Analyst within the NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS – PC – Performance team, you will play a key role in customer service and client engagement, focusing on providing quality service and solutions for international customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Excellence:
- Customer Service: Handle international customer inquiries via voice calls, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize strong interpersonal and analytical skills to address customer needs.
Skills and Attributes:
- Customer Interaction: Manage inbound operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Sales and Upselling: Identify upselling opportunities and tailor sales pitches to customer responses.
- Adaptability: Adjust communication style to align with customer requirements and provide a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Graduation in any field is mandatory.
- Experience: 2 to 12 months in a customer service role, ideally in an international voice process.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, adaptability, customer-focused approach, and upselling capabilities.
