The Opportunity

This role is part of the Global Delivery Services (GDS) team at EY, specifically focused on CRM operations. The Associate Analyst will contribute to a high-performing team responsible for operational excellence in CRM processes and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Process Understanding: Master the end-to-end client and engagement acceptance processes.
Review Submissions: Evaluate and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of requests.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between client teams, Risk Management, and other functional areas.
Service Delivery: Manage internal stakeholders, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Risk Identification: Proactively identify risk areas in operational processes and escalate high-risk cases.
Collaborative Framework: Strengthen CRM controls by collaborating with various business units and teams.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (preferred: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA).
Experience: 0–6 months (freshers eligible).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Research and analysis capabilities.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Team player with high confidentiality and integrity.
