Key Responsibilities
- Analytics QA Validation:
- Inspect and validate traffic from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics across various device-OS-browser combinations.
- Leverage knowledge of eCommerce analytics concepts to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics Workspace and Adobe Launch for data validation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Automation and Testing:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.
- Create tools and libraries for QA/DevOps engineers.
- Perform API testing and contribute to setting QA/testing guidelines in an Agile environment.
- Operational Support and Process Improvement:
- Troubleshoot issues and analyze processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest digital trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance analytics tools and practices.
- Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including consultants and frontend developers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as a strategic partner, proposing solutions for operational challenges and improvements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience with test frameworks and automation tools.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.
- Basic coding experience in JavaScript for testing and debugging.
- Proficiency with web developer tools.
- Exposure to Adobe Analytics tools, including Adobe Launch, is a plus.
- Experience in API testing and understanding analytics concepts like Google Analytics (GA3).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for collaboration across teams.
