B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
0–2 years of backend development experience (internship included).
Proficiency in at least one backend language – Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
Exposure to frameworks like Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or Express.js.
Hands-on knowledge of databases – SQL (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle) and optionally NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase).
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and software architecture.
Experience with Git version control, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
