Role Overview – Engineer I
As an Engineer I at AspenTech, you will play a crucial role in creating and developing eLearning modules for AspenTech’s software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional global teams to ensure world-class training content that helps customers understand and implement AspenTech’s innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new eLearning modules in English for AspenTech solutions.

Collaborate with global teams, including Customer Support and Training, to gather content.

Edit audio and video tracks for online training packages.

Follow standard development processes such as version control and quality checks.

Participate in training-related projects and ensure content accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering).

0–2 years of experience in the chemicals/refining industry or in educational content creation.

Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.

Familiarity with eLearning technologies such as LMS, SCORM, MOOC, Python.
