👉 Coordinate with stakeholders and drive incidents/tickets to closure
👉 Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met with high-quality execution
👉 Take ownership of production and environment-related issues
👉 Participate in root cause analysis and incident reviews
👉 Handle critical P1 issues and lead war-room discussions
👉 Proactively identify automation and monitoring improvements
👉 Ensure compliance with internal and client-requested audits
👉 Create knowledge documents to reduce recurring incidents
👉 Monitor applications, services, server health, deployments, and certificates
👉 Perform advanced log analysis using Splunk to identify root causes
👉 Improve resolution time, operational efficiency, and incident quality
👉 Be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts based on business needs

💻 Required Technical Skills

💬 What technical skills are required?
👉 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Office)
👉 Incident Management with Infrastructure knowledge
👉 Experience with monitoring & observability tools:

• Splunk

• Dynatrace

• Grafana

👉 Creating dashboards, reports, alerts, and advanced Splunk searches
👉 Log parsing and troubleshooting large-scale microservices
👉 Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL (certification is an added advantage)
👉 Exposure to telecom domain is a plus
👉 Tools: Jira, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, ITSM
