A Day in the Life
As a Java Support Engineer, you will:
- Support Amazon’s package consolidation technology, ensuring smooth operations.
- Identify automation opportunities across multiple platforms, including Mobile Web, Mobile Apps, and Desktop.
- Work on small coding assignments driven by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Understand and configure Amazon’s internal tools and systems.
- Continuously improve system reliability and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Java and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in debugging and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to script in modern programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
