What You’ll Do
- Rapid Prototyping:
- Prototype quickly in diverse environments, including backend, web apps, and agents.
- Use feedback to iterate and run quick Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to drive innovation.
- High-Quality Code Delivery:
- Translate loose requirements into actionable specifications.
- Produce scalable, high-quality code even in high-pressure situations.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Derive insights from diverse data sources using straightforward methods.
- Focus on rapid development and efficient knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration & Growth:
- Work closely with customers and teammates to present solutions and prioritize tasks.
- Grow with the support of your team and help others grow as well.
What You Need to Succeed
- Education: BTech/MS or similar in Computer Sciences, or demonstrated full-stack accomplishments.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (preferably Java, JavaScript, Python).
- Experience with cloud and web technologies.
- Interest in Generative AI technologies is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and goal-oriented under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn and master emerging technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
