Role Overview
Accenture is seeking talented individuals to join as Application Development Associates under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) program. This role involves developing, designing, and maintaining technology solutions that enhance the performance of Accenture’s clients. As part of a global professional services company, you’ll be working in dynamic and challenging environments to help drive digital transformation for leading businesses, governments, and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications based on business requirements.
- Business Analysis: Understand business drivers that impact performance and ensure that the software meets these requirements.
- Technology Integration: Stay up-to-date with technology trends and integrate new functionalities into existing solutions.
- Automation: Contribute to the development of automation solutions and ensure successful software implementation.
- Problem-Solving: Provide analytical and problem-solving expertise to resolve business issues and meet project goals.
- Code Quality: Deliver code that meets time and quality expectations and participate in peer reviews.
- Support Operations: Assist in IT production systems and services, supporting infrastructure operations.
Additional Role in Test Automation Engineering:
- Test Design: Create test designs, processes, cases, and data for automation.
- Usability Testing: Design and execute scenarios for usability testing, analyze results, and collaborate with the development team to improve solutions.
- Testing Standards: Apply testing standards, methodologies, and business knowledge to achieve overall testing objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) graduates from 2019 to 2024.
(Note: MBA/PGDBM candidates are not eligible) - Work Experience: 0-11 months of experience.
- Academic Requirements: No active backlogs during the application or onboarding process.
- Eligibility to Work in India: Candidates must be eligible to work in India by citizenship or have relevant work permit documents. Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a visa, but other foreign nationals require a work visa or OCI/PIO card.
- Recruitment Restrictions: Candidates who have appeared for the Accenture recruitment process in the last 3 months are not eligible to apply.
