• Business Analysis & Reporting
  Produce regular business analysis and summary reports tailored to sales goals and stakeholder needs.

• Personalized Report Creation
  Deliver customized sales reports promptly, ensuring actionable insights.

• Sales Communication Support
  Organize meetings, document key points, and maintain communication logs with sales teams.

• Sales Opportunity Tracking
  Monitor and update the status of sales opportunities, risks, and progress.

• Inquiry Handling
  Address inquiries from sales teams with accurate, data-backed responses.

🧠 Skills You Need

✅ Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and sales operations

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, Power Query, Power Pivot, and preferably Power BI

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Flexibility with working hours and occasional overtime

• Industry experience in Software & Platforms
