The role requires candidates to provide exceptional technical troubleshooting and customer support across various industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle customer service and IT issue resolution across voice, chat, and email channels.

Manage tickets efficiently — from prioritization to closure — ensuring high first-contact resolution.

Use Capgemini’s AI Bot (CHIP) and digital tools to assist customers and improve response times.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications Required

Education: 3-year Diploma or Graduation (any stream) – Class of 2025.
