🌟 About the Role: CSG – IT Enablers (Contact Support Group)

As part of Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division, CSG professionals manage incidents and service requests through both legacy channels (voice/email) and modern digital platforms (chat, bots, self-service portals). The role requires candidates to provide exceptional technical troubleshooting and customer support across various industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.

You’ll be part of a 24×7 global support environment, collaborating with diverse teams and clients across regions and time zones.


💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • 💸 CTC: ₹3,25,000 per annum

    • ₹3,00,000 Fixed Pay

    • ₹25,000 One-time Incentive

  • 📍 Location: Noida, India

  • 🕒 Job Type: Full-time

  • 🌍 Shift: Rotational (24×7)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service and IT issue resolution across voice, chat, and email channels.

  • Manage tickets efficiently — from prioritization to closure — ensuring high first-contact resolution.

  • Analyze ticket data to identify trends and support service improvements.

  • Use Capgemini’s AI Bot (CHIP) and digital tools to assist customers and improve response times.

  • Maintain accurate knowledge base entries and share best practices for continuous improvement.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience with empathy, professionalism, and ownership.


🧠 Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Education: 3-year Diploma or Graduation (any stream) – Class of 2025.

  • Citizenship: Open only for Indian Citizens.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

  • Basic computing and networking knowledge.

  • Flexible to work in night shifts and relocate across India if required.

  • Candidates must have an active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked with Aadhaar while applying.
