About the Internship
Role: Associate Software Engineer – Intern
Location: Pune, India (Work from Office)
Duration: July 2025 – December 2025 (6 months)
Stipend: ₹11,000/month
Full-Time Opportunity: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (based on performance)
This internship offers structured technical training, real-world coding projects, and exposure to the entire software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured training program focusing on technical skills.

Attend workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions to boost technical and creative thinking abilities.

Write, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable code following industry best practices.
Eligibility Criteria

Graduation: M.Sc, BE, or B.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, ML, or IT only.

Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025.

Minimum 65% or higher throughout academics.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Agreement

Internship Stipend: ₹11,000/month.

Full-Time Package: ₹4.5 LPA (fixed) for high-performing interns.

Service Agreement: 12 months for full-time role (pro-rata penalty for early exit).
