💻 What You’ll Do
🔹 Prompt Flow Design (Voice-Optimized):
- Create multi-turn dialogues optimized for speech interactions.
- Ensure clarity for TTS pronunciation (e.g., spelling out emails, numbers).
🔹 Agentic Architecture:
- Build AI finance agents with coordinated sub-agents (e.g., Research, Finance, Editor).
- Organize workflows using hierarchical-sequential or plan-and-execute structures.
🔹 Prompt Refinement:
- Leverage LLM feedback loops to improve output and reduce hallucinations.
- Implement A/B testing pipelines and prompt versioning.
🔹 LLM Expertise:
- Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize finance tasks.
- Enhance LLM system efficiency and latency.
🔹 Fact-Grounded Retrieval (RAG):
- Integrate LLMs with knowledge bases or APIs for finance accuracy.
- Restrict LLM actions to finance-related content.
🔹 Voice Integration:
- Collaborate on speech recognition, LiveKit, and telephony API integration.
- Maintain real-time responsiveness in voice flows.
🔹 AI Solution Development:
- Build tools like OCR systems, AI chatbots, and approval engines.
- Stay updated on LLM and AI innovations.
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in ML, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 0.5 – 2 years of experience in ML/LLMs/prompt engineering.
- Python proficiency.
- Google Cloud or similar cloud platform knowledge.
- Strong backend development and production experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
