  • Scenario A: If you’re already registered under the TCS NextStep Portal (IT category), log in with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT number), complete your application, and click ‘Apply For Drive’.
  • Scenario B: If you’re a new user, click on Register Now, choose the IT category, fill in your details, submit your application, and then click on ‘Apply For Drive’.

Step 3: Select Your Mode of Test

  • Choose the In-center mode and select your three preferred test centers.
  • Click ‘Apply’ to confirm your selection. (Test center allocation will depend on capacity.)

Step 4: Check Application Status

  • Go to Track Your Application and ensure your status reflects as “Applied for Drive”.

TCS NQT 2025 Hiring Process

Eligibility Criteria

  • Year of Passing (YoP): 2025
  • Eligible Degrees:
    • UG: B.Tech, B.E.
    • PG: M.Tech, M.E., M.C.A., M.Sc./M.S.
    • Specialization: Any, from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions
  • Minimum Percentage: 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout academics (up to the latest declared semester).
  • Backlogs: No pending backlogs at the time of the selection process.
  • Extended Education: Not allowed; candidates must complete their course within the stipulated time.
  • Gap in Education: Allowed up to 24 months with valid documentation.
  • Course Type: Only full-time courses are considered (part-time/correspondence courses are ineligible).
  • Open Schooling: Allowed for candidates who completed 10th/12th via NIOS, provided their degree is full-time.
  • Work Experience: Candidates with up to 2 years of work experience (only for postgraduates) can apply.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 years
