Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Trainee Engineer, you will: ✅ Answer and resolve customer queries via live chat, email, and calls. ✅ Develop a deep understanding of CometChat’s product and its integration process. ✅ Analyze customer codebase errors and determine if issues stem from implementation or the CometChat platform. ✅ Diagnose product bugs by replicating reported issues using sample applications. ✅ Assist customers in implementing chat solutions by walking them through integration steps. ✅ Work on minor bug fixes and contribute to improving the platform. ✅ Lead customer calls to understand and troubleshoot technical challenges. ✅ Provide timely and effective support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Education: Engineering students / Freshers
💡 Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), JSX, and React principles.
- Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, PHP, and Node.js (added advantage).
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to write and debug code efficiently.
