Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Candidates must have completed B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory) or M.E./M.Tech (5-year integrated course).
• Year of passing: 2023.
• All engineering branches are eligible, except Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Agriculture, and Food Technology.

Academic Performance

• 10th & 12th: Minimum 60% and above.
• Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines).
• No part-time, correspondence, or distance education allowed (except for 10th & 12th).

Additional Criteria

• Backlogs: One backlog is allowed at the time of assessment but must be cleared before the 8th semester.
• Education Gap: Maximum of 3 years between 10th and graduation.
• Graduation Duration: Must be completed within 4 years (or 5 years for integrated courses).

Nationality

• Indian citizens are eligible.
• PIO/OCI candidates can apply.
• Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a citizenship certificate.
• Candidates who have appeared in any Wipro selection process in the last 3 months are not eligible.

Job Role and Salary Details

• Designation: Project Engineer
• Salary Package: ₹3,50,000 per annum
• Performance Bonuses and Tenure-Based Incentives:
  • After 6 months: ₹25,000
  • After 18 months: ₹25,000 – ₹75,000
  • After 24 months: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000
  • After 36 months: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of four main steps:

Step 1: Registration

Candidates need to fill out an online application form for Wipro NTH 2025.

Step 2: Online Assessment

Eligible candidates will receive an invitation for an 80-minute online assessment covering:

• Verbal, Analytical, and Quantitative Aptitude
• Written Communication
• Coding Ability

Step 3: Business Discussion

Candidates who clear the online assessment will be invited for an interview with Wipro’s hiring team.

Step 4: Offer Letter

Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by the final offer letter.

• Candidates can re-register only after 90 days from their last assessment attempt.
• Eligible candidates will be invited in batches for the online test.
• No application fee is required—Wipro does not charge any fees for recruitment.
