As an Associate Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in the software development process. You’ll work within a collaborative team to code, test, and maintain software systems that meet design and project requirements. What You’ll Do
- Develop Software Solutions:
- Code, test, and maintain software systems to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, senior developers, and leads to interpret user needs and contribute to system design.
- Troubleshoot and Debug:
- Identify and resolve software issues promptly to ensure smooth functionality.
- Adhere to Best Practices:
- Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and contribute to high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your development skills.
- Collaborate and Innovate:
- Work with team members to create innovative and effective software solutions.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
- Documentation:
- Develop and maintain documentation for software components and processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: BS in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 0-1 years of software development experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C#.NET, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST API.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Angular, and React is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and concepts.
- Meticulous and organized approach to work.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
