Job Description:
Role: System Test Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Test and modify system-level software/hardware test cases, tools, and hardware.
- Interpret wireless specifications and standards to design test plans and create user test scenarios.
- Automate test cases using Python/Perl Scripts.
- Document system-level defects, report issues using a bug tracking system, and collaborate with developers for fixes and validation.
- Create or modify test plans to ensure system stability and functionality.
- Adapt quickly to testing on Android Phones, Windows Mobile Compute, or new operating systems and hardware modules.
- Conduct system testing across different modules, including Modem, WLAN/BT, and Multimedia.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of wireless standards and specifications.
- Proficiency in Python or Perl scripting for automation.
- Experience with system-level testing tools and hardware.
- Ability to troubleshoot and document issues effectively.
