Capgemini Off-Campus Recruitment 2024 – DCoE Processor
Location: Mumbai, India

CTC: INR 3,00,000 per annum (inclusive of INR 25,000 one-time incentive)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Com and BAF graduates from the 2024 batch.
- Requirement: Candidates must have an active DigiLocker account and a mobile number linked to their Aadhaar.
Role Overview:
The Deal Centre of Excellence (DCoE) team is responsible for creating and managing Customer/Channel Partner Pricing Sheets (CPS), Deal Books, and related documents. The role involves supporting Worldwide Sales Teams by preparing accurate pricing proposals and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from various tools and recalculate product prices with custom adjustments.
- Create pricing sheets (preliminary and final versions) using internal tools.
- Review pricing proposals to ensure compliance with licensing policies and accurate custom adjustments.
- Prepare Deal Books containing historical data for Microsoft Sales Representatives to assist in future planning.
- Generate and manage supporting documents for proposal packages.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and English-speaking skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, formatting, data sorting).
- Logical reasoning, attention to numbers, and ability to meet KPIs.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts.
Preferred Qualities:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
