Job Overview

Job Function: IT Service Desk (Customer/Technical Support, Information Technology)
The role involves providing first-line technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of systems.

Responsibilities

• Offer first-line IT support, logging and tracking support tickets while ensuring timely resolutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for efficient problem-solving.

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexibility to work in shifts and from office locations.
• Adaptability to work in any shift/technology/domain based on business needs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.E/B.Tech (full-time, any branch) graduating in 2024.
• Academics:
  • Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG, and PG with no active backlogs at registration and onboarding.
  • Indian nationals/OCI residing in India.
• Other Requirements:
  • Flexible relocation across India.
  • Work from office and in any technology/domain.

Mandatory Documents

For Registration:

• 2-page resume with a high-resolution passport photo (light background, both ears visible).

For Interview:

• All academic documents and UG mark sheets, along with a college ID card.

For Onboarding:

• PAN card (updated with both first and last name).
• Voter ID card or Passport for citizenship verification.

Important: PAN card name and the registered name on Superset must match for successful onboarding.
