Position: MLOps Engineer As an MLOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and scaling our machine learning models and infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for seamless deployment, automation, and monitoring of our lip-sync video generation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Training/Deployment Pipelines and Monitoring:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated pipelines for deep neural network model deployment.
- Ensure production models’ high availability, low latency, and optimal performance.
- Automate workflows, including data preprocessing (face alignment, feature extraction, audio analysis), model retraining, and video generation.
- Implement logging, tracking, and monitoring systems to ensure data integrity and visibility throughout the model lifecycle.
Infrastructure Management:
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for efficient model training, deployment, and data storage.
- Collaborate with DevOps to manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins for model delivery.
- Monitor GPU/CPU-intensive tasks, including video processing, model inference, and training, using Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager, and ELK stack.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with ML engineers to integrate models into production pipelines.
- Provide tools and frameworks for rapid experimentation, model versioning, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-based machine learning services.
- Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Understanding of deploying synchronous and asynchronous APIs using Flask, Django, Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
- Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML in production environments.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with video processing tools like FFMPEG and Dlib.
- Basic understanding of machine learning models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in image and video-based deep learning tasks.
- Familiarity with media streaming and video processing pipelines for real-time generation.
- Experience deploying models in latency-sensitive, real-time environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing machine learning model infrastructure for scalability and performance.
