Job Overview:
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software that delivers business value. You will follow Lean and Agile methodologies while adhering to DevOps practices, quality, and security standards under the guidance of senior and lead engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development & Maintenance:
- Write beautiful and clean code that is showable, efficient, reusable, and easy to maintain.
- Complete debugging and testing of software.
- Provide technical support by diagnosing and solving incidents.
- Implement minor changes to existing applications and ensure that all associated documentation is up-to-date.
- Functional and Technical Specifications:
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI experts and business partners to create great user experiences.
- Adapt functional and technical specifications to meet evolving business needs effectively.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Build and execute unit tests and unit plans to ensure quality, security, and consistency in the software.
- Detect, analyze, and resolve malfunctions, bugs, and incidents to maintain seamless operation.
- Solution Deployment and Operations:
- Contribute to change management, communication, and training efforts.
- Build automated deployment pipelines and support solution deployment in production environments.
Key Expectations:
- Beautiful Code: Your code should be showable, concise, readable, generic, and sustainable. It must be scalable, reusable, and efficient, following coding disciplines like SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, and TDD.
- Clean Code: Follow writing standards, ensure functions are short and names are searchable, use consistent code patterns and practices (such as testing and refactoring), and focus on code discipline.
