Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Skills Required:

Job Description:

As an Associate Analyst – Engagement Controller at Deloitte, your primary role is to assist in business support and project controlling, with a focus on the Swiss Support T&L practice. Your responsibilities will include gathering and maintaining accurate client data, creating and updating reports, and providing financial reports to the business team. Additionally, you will ensure engagement financial reporting is accurate and complete.

You will manage and maintain multiple business trackers, and your reports will help the business finance team make strategic decisions. The role requires professional interaction with both Deloitte’s USI (India) office and their Switzerland counterparts. Moreover, active participation in business finance leadership calls is expected, where your quality inputs will aid decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Validation: Gather data from different sources, validate its completeness and accuracy.
  • Report Creation: Use collected data to develop meaningful reports for business teams, helping them with financial decision-making.
  • Tracker Maintenance: Ensure multiple business trackers are up-to-date for easy access to relevant financial information.
  • Engagement Financial Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly financial reports to Business Finance leadership.
  • Communication & Interaction: Engage in professional communication with USI and Switzerland teams, actively contributing to leadership calls.
  • Support Business Growth: Contribute to the growth and operations of Deloitte Switzerland’s controller/business practice through strategic support and input.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Graduate (B. Com or BBA) with a financial background.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a similar business support or project controlling role.
  • MS Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in Excel for analyzing large datasets, performing data validation, and creating reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data and ensure accuracy.
